Job Summary

Own the end-to-end paid media program across search, social, video, and shopping, driving campaigns from planning through live execution, pacing, optimization, and reporting across four regions and multiple storefronts.

  • Own daily pacing and quarterly budgets to ensure no gaps between plan and market
  • Coordinate with creative, ecommerce, and marketplace teams to align launches and promotions
  • Leverage multi-touch attribution and clean data governance to inform optimization decisions

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns across search, social, video, and shopping for all four TYR storefronts. Translate the approved media plan into live campaigns — correct targeting, geo, currency, budgets, bids, naming conventions, and tracking — with no gaps between plan and what's in market.
  • Budget Pacing & Spend Management Own daily and weekly spend pacing against monthly and quarterly budgets by site and by channel. Flag underspend or overspend early with a recommended correction. Manage flight dates, promotional pushes, and always-on budgets so nothing runs dark or overspends unnoticed.
  • Retail Media & Marketplace Advertising Execute paid campaigns on Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display), Walmart Connect, and other emerging marketplace ad platforms. Partner with the marketplace/Amazon team on campaign structure, keyword and ASIN strategy, and inventory-aware budget shifts. This role runs the ad execution and pacing; product listings, content, and catalog remain with the marketplace team.
  • Performance Optimization Continuously optimize against CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, MER, and CAC. Run structured A/B tests on audiences, bidding, placements, and creative. Prioritize the changes that move revenue, not the ones that only move platform-reported metrics.
  • Reporting & Data Analysis Deliver recurring performance reporting on a set cadence into the shared performance tracker. Reporting feeds the Manager of Ecommerce Operations, who carries it to leadership, so accuracy and timeliness are non-negotiable. Surface the story behind the numbers: what changed, why, and what to do next.
  • Measurement Integrity Use Northbeam as the attribution source of truth for blended and channel-level performance. Understand that platform-reported ROAS from Meta and Google over-attributes and should be discounted accordingly. Maintain clean UTM governance, pixel and conversion API health, and consistent naming conventions across every platform and storefront.
  • Product Feed Management Maintain healthy shopping and catalog feeds across Google Merchant Center, Meta Catalog, and marketplace equivalents. Monitor for disapprovals, out-of-stock items, pricing and currency errors, and localization issues across all four regions.
  • Creative Trafficking & Collaboration Partner with the creative team to brief, traffic, and rotate assets. Track creative performance by concept and format, and feed those learnings back into the next round of briefs. Coordinate with ecommerce, email/CRM, merchandising, and SEO so paid activity aligns to the promotional and launch calendar.
  • Multi-Region Execution Account for regional differences in inventory depth, promotional behavior, currency, tax-inclusive pricing, and shipping policy when executing across US, EU, UK, and CA. Do not apply a single playbook across markets without adjustment.
  • Platform & Tool Management Manage Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, YouTube, Amazon Ads console, Walmart Connect, and supporting tools. Stay current on platform changes, beta features, and competitive activity in the footwear, swim, fitness, and performance apparel space.

Requirements

  • Platform Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube. Retail media experience (Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect) strongly preferred.
  • Execution Discipline: Proven ability to manage many live campaigns across multiple accounts and regions without letting details slip. Comfortable owning pacing and hitting deadlines on a daily reporting rhythm.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills. Experience with Google Analytics 4, Northbeam or a comparable multi-touch attribution platform, and pulling clean data from ecommerce platforms such as Shopify.
  • Measurement Literacy: Understands the difference between platform-reported, attributed, and incremental performance, and knows why that difference matters to a P&L.
  • Communication: Writes clearly and concisely. Can explain what happened and what to do about it in a few sentences, for both operators and executives.
  • Collaboration: Works well alongside creative, ecommerce, merchandising, and marketplace teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Spots issues early, brings a recommendation with the problem, and moves fast.

Preferred

  • Retail media or marketplace advertising experience is a plus.
  • Experience managing paid media across multiple markets, currencies, or storefronts is a plus.
