Job Summary

Own end-to-end paid media across Meta/Google/TikTok and Programmatic, driving attendance and revenue through data-driven optimization and cross-team collaboration.

  • Own audience targeting and creative testing to lift ROAS and CPA within multi-channel campaigns.
  • Coordinate with partnerships, ticketing, and community relations to execute integrated campaigns that move attendance and fan engagement.
  • Lead measurement and reporting to inform budget pacing and strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Programmatic/CTV platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimization decisions.
  • Develop audience targeting strategies using first-party, CRM, lookalike, retargeting, and behavioral audiences.
  • Manage campaign budgets and pacing to maximize return on investment.
  • Conduct A/B testing across creative, copy, audience segments, placements, and landing pages.
  • Build performance reports and communicate insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Track and improve KPIs including ROAS, CPA, Cost Per Ticket Sold, Cost Per Lead, CTR, Conversion Rate, Reach and Frequency.
  • Assisting with email marketing campaigns and automation.
  • Writing ad copy, email copy, and promotional content.
  • Supporting organic social media content planning and execution.
