Job Summary

Own paid media execution and optimization across major platforms, translating performance data into clear recommendations for campaign improvements that drive client outcomes.

  • Own end-to-end campaign optimization, budgets, and bid strategy.
  • Build and debug GA4/GTM tracking and conversion paths for accurate measurement.
  • Translate insights into actionable changes for channels, creatives, and budgets.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google, Social, Programmatic platforms, and more!
  • Own day-to-day optimization — bid adjustments, audience refinement, creative rotation, budget pacing, etc.
  • Build conversion tracking and audience pixels (GA4, GTM, pixels, etc.) and troubleshoot when something breaks.
  • Pull, interpret, and present campaign performance in plain English — what's working, what's not, and what we're changing next.
  • Collaborate with our accounts and creative teams on ad copy and briefs; you don't need to design, but you need to know what good performance creative looks like.
  • Stay current on platform changes, beta features, and policy updates — and tell us when something matters.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of hands-on paid media experience , ideally agency-side or in-house, managing multiple brands at once.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the paid media platforms. If you&aposre a Google + Meta specialist who hasn&apost run LinkedIn yet but wants to learn, tell us — we'll consider it.
  • Comfortable managing monthly budgets in the $5K–$100K+ monthly range per client.
  • Fluent in GA4 and Google Tag Manager ; can read a conversion path and spot what's wrong.
  • Clear communicator — Teams messages, client meetings, performance recaps. We're an agency; how you explain the work is part of the work.
  • Self-directed. Part-time means you'll be managing your own schedule against deadlines. We can't hover, and we don't want to.
