Responsibilities

• Possess strong knowledge and management of Paid Search (Google and Microsoft), Paid social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, and LinkedIn) and Programmatic Display campaigns with the ability to develop successful strategies to drive client growth.
• Manage multiple channels for multiple clients independently
• Integrate offline customer data with online campaign performance metrics
• Collaborate with the creative team to strategize on programmatic display and social creative that generate results
• Oversee and analyze custom reports for clients with large geographic footprints
• Identify opportunities to pitch new services to existing and potential new clients
• Collaborate with Account Managers as well as key clients to discuss progress and interpret analytic findings to identify strategies to improve client ROI
• Monitor and optimize campaign pacing, budgets, and bidding
• Analyze and strategize on campaign performance metrics
• Maintain current knowledge of AI’s impact on digital marketing and AI paid media products

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in paid digital marketing
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Expertise in developing and optimizing Paid Search, Paid Social and Programmatic campaigns through analysis of performance reports and down-funnel data
• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
• Ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
• Self-starter comfortable looking for and filling gaps in process, communication calendars and campaigns
• Comfortable working closely with key partners to manage the process with the greater team
• Detail oriented and able to update systems with high accuracy
• Travel required – 10%
