Responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid search and marketplace advertising campaigns across Amazon Ads, Google Ads, programmatic and other performance-driven acquisition channels.
• Help launch and manage campaigns supporting audiobook releases, genre initiatives, promotional campaigns, and catalog growth efforts.
• Collaborate with the paid media team to monitor campaign performance, manage budgets and pacing, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scale results.
• Analyze campaign performance using platform reporting, GA4, attribution tools, and sales data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Conduct keyword research, search term analysis, and audience targeting to improve campaign performance and uncover growth opportunities.
• Partner with marketing and creative teams to support testing initiatives across ad copy, creative assets, keywords, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with the broader marketing team to maintain accurate tracking, attribution, and measurement while staying current on PPC best practices and platform updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing or supporting PPC and performance marketing campaigns.
• Experience working within Amazon Ads and Google Ads platforms.
• Strong understanding of keyword targeting, search advertising, bidding strategies, campaign optimization, and attribution.
• Experience analyzing performance data and making data-driven optimization recommendations.
• Proficiency with GA4, Excel or Google Sheets, and advertising platform reporting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred

• Experience in publishing, entertainment, ecommerce, direct-to-consumer, or subscription-based businesses.
• Familiarity with Amazon retail ecosystems, digital storefronts, or large product catalogs.
• Experience with Airtable or similar project management tools.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment.
