Responsibilities

• Maintain a deep understanding of company capabilities and the client business
• Develop partner/channel consideration sets in response to client briefs, determining optimal mix based on platform/vendor nuances
• Act as the day-to-day lead in delivery of planned campaigns, collaborating with publisher partners as well as cross-functionally with internal Analytics, Digital, Creative, and Account teams to bring programs to life
• Execute all aspects campaign management processes – campaign strategy; tagging recommendations; platform setup; delivery management (pacing, budget, spend); analysis and reporting
• Maintain relationships with key vendors, platforms, and technology partners
• Monitor latest trends in digital advertising to improve campaign performance and provide recommendations on how clients can best leverage new tools and services
• Help in designing and delivering performance updates, business reviews, new audience-based programmatic solutions and growth opportunity presentations to key agency contacts
• Support training of team members on all aspects of campaign setup, optimizations, tactics, use of various buying platforms

Requirements

• 4+ years digital media experience planning and/or buying across programmatic / display/ video/mobile and paid social
• A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

Preferred

• At least 1 year of experience in-console audience-based RTB media
• Display management experience, from strategic proposal creation to trafficking ads through ad servers
• Proficient firsthand knowledge of programmatic display and video management from targeting to optimization and execution
• Comfortable recommending and implementing strategic paid social campaigns across Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube, and TikTok
• Understanding of full-funnel campaigns, and ability to analyze and articulate how upper- and mid-funnel tactics contribute to and improve lower-funnel performance
• Ability to understand key client information, including general business strategy, industry issues, products and services offered, key customers and competitors in the marketplace
• Develop digital media plans, implement, and optimize campaigns, and impart knowledge to more junior team members
• Experience with both B2C and B2B campaigns in financial services or consumer technology
• Knowledge of audience and competitive research tools (e.g., comScore, GWI, MRI, Pathmatics)
• Understanding of third-party tracking and ad serving technology, specifically DCM/Google Campaign Manager 360
• Intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong communication skills, analytical abilities, perform well under pressure, and be a team player
