  • Maintain clean account structure and flag any compliance or policy issues before they escalate
  • Manage a dedicated account analyst responsible for auditing client accounts and surfacing performance findings
  • Review analyst output, ensure recommendations are accurate, prioritized, and actionable, and hold the analyst accountable to deadlines
  • Own overall account performance across the portfolio -- the analyst supports the work, but the results are yours to defend

  • Assist in managing a team of 3 media buyers and 1 VA as you grow into the role
  • Meet weekly with the Marketing Director to review account performance, discuss strategy, and flag any issues

  • 2 to 4 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience, ideally inside a marketing agency managing multiple accounts
  • Solid working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Events Manager, and Ads Manager
  • Experience with Conversions API setup and troubleshooting (not just pixel-only tracking)

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously without things slipping
  • Solid understanding of CRM attribution and how ad platform data connects to downstream lead quality and close rates
  • Ability to analyze lead quality data and draw conclusions that inform campaign decisions -- not just reporting numbers, but knowing what they mean
  • Clear written communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Someone who takes ownership, follows through, and does not need to be micromanaged

Preferred

  • Experience with wedding/event marketing
  • Familiarity with Zapier or workflow automations
