Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution: Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft (Bing) Ads, and Meta.
• Channel Management: Run day-to-day paid media across search, social, and display, including AdRoll retargeting and coordination with the affiliate program (e.g., Impact.com).
• Keyword & Audience Targeting: Conduct keyword and audience research and apply it to campaign targeting, with attention to compliant, finance-appropriate messaging.
• Ad Copy & Creative: Write ad copy and coordinate creative that drives clicks and conversions within platform and regulatory limits.
• Bid & Budget Management: Manage bids and daily/monthly budgets across campaigns, including navigating Smart Bidding/PMax learning phases, to hit CPA and ROAS goals.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor campaign performance daily, flag anomalies, and make timely optimizations to bids, budgets, and targeting.
• A/B Testing: Run ongoing tests on ad copy, audiences, and landing pages to improve performance.
• Quality Score Optimization: Monitor and improve Quality Score to control cost and improve ad placement.
• Reporting: Maintain regular performance reports against KPIs and flag issues or opportunities to leadership.
• Compliance: Ensure all campaigns and creative comply with platform policies and applicable financial services advertising regulations, including the Military Lending Act (MLA).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
• Proven hands-on experience running PPC/paid media campaigns and budgets, ideally in financial services, lending, or another regulated industry.
• Hands-on proficiency with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads; experience with affiliate platforms (Impact.com, or similar) is a plus.
• Working knowledge of GA4 for monitoring campaign performance.
• Solid grasp of ad copywriting and creative best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort managing multiple live campaigns at once.
• Good communication skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications preferred.
• Able to work independently on day-to-day execution while escalating strategic questions appropriately.
• Familiarity with MLA and financial services advertising compliance is a plus.
