Job Summary

Drive paid traffic and lead generation for roofing/home services clients by translating targets into Meta/Google campaigns and owning the end-to-end performance.

  • Own translation of targets into media plans and build campaigns.
  • Must-have: 2+ years hands-on Meta buying for local lead gen.
  • Standout: Clear CPL/lead metrics and fast action on underperforming accounts.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Translate client targets (jobs/week, target CPI / CPL, budgets) into media plans on Meta (primary) and Google (secondary).
  • Decide audiences, bidding strategies, budgets, and funnel flow for each offer (PPL roof inspections, GoNano, etc.).
  • Build and launch campaigns, ad sets, and ads inside client subaccounts (GHL / Meta / Google).
  • Set up proper tracking: pixels, events, UTMs, and CRM integration so every lead is traceable.
  • Monitor performance daily; shift budget, pause losers, scale winners.
  • Run structured tests on hooks, creatives, headlines, offers, and landing flows.
  • Maintain each client at or below agreed CPL / cost per qualified lead or escalate fast when off.
  • Request new creatives based on data (what angles, formats, and audiences are working).
  • Write or refine ad copy variations tailored to roofing / home services leads.
  • Collaborate with you / contractors on new angles to test (seasonality, storm damage, financing, etc.).

Requirements

  • 2+ years hands-on Meta buying for local lead gen (roofing / home services strongly preferred).
  • Proven history managing multiple small to mid-sized accounts at once (not just one giant ecom brand).
  • Comfortable owning numbers: CPL, cost per qualified lead, lead-to-job assumptions.
  • Strong in data, pattern recognition, and fast iteration; low drama, high responsibility.
  • Writes clear, simple ad copy in contractor-friendly language.
  • You’re not a brand strategist or content influencer.
  • You’re not a “just push buttons and hope” buyer.
  • You are a performance operator who treats client dollars like your own.
