Job Summary

The role owns end-to-end data management and analytics for direct marketing, building dashboards, attribution models, and actionable insights in partnership with internal teams.

  • Owns gathering and validating data for reporting using SQL and Access.
  • Builds daily/weekly dashboards to track performance of direct marketing programs.
  • Develops and interprets sales attribution models to inform campaigns.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Gathers, interprets, integrates and manages large-scale internal data for reporting needs using SQL and Access
  • Develops daily and weekly dashboards to track performance and growth of all direct marketing programs
  • Creates sales attribution model for direct marketing campaigns and interpret the results
  • Analyzes and verifies data to ensure accuracy of direct mail/or email campaigns
  • Collaborates with digital marketing team and other internal stakeholders for ad hoc analyses to help make informative business decisions
  • Analyses website and sales data to identify market and product trends
  • Develops tactics and analyzes metrics to assess the effectiveness of existing marketing, advertising, and communications programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Math, Statistics, Economics, IT or related field required, and 1-2 years for marketing analysis experience required or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • You MUST BE physically located in the United States while performing this job.
  • Ability to speak, read and write fluently in English is required.
