Job Summary

Own and optimize paid media across Google and Meta, align CPA and ROAS with leasing goals, and ensure GA4/Tag Manager data integrity for client-ready recommendations.

Campaign Ownership: Set strategy across Google Ads and Meta, manage structure, audiences, bidding, and budget pacing.
Tracking & Data Quality: Configure and troubleshoot GA4 and Tag Manager, validate data in reports.
Client Partnerships & Recommendations: Lead reviews, translate performance into business actions, and push playbook improvements.

Job Description

Direct the Campaigns: Set the strategy across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display) and Meta Ads for your portfolio. Own account structure, audience targeting, bidding strategy, and budget pacing. Brief our Customer Success Associates on what each client needs, review their builds before launch, and approve the work against the standard. Hit CPA and ROAS targets without losing sight of the leasing and occupancy goals behind them.
Own the Tracking: Configure and troubleshoot conversion tracking through Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager. Validate that the data flowing into reports accurately reflects what’s happening in the account. Bad data is not an option.
Analyze and Recommend: Dig into the data weekly. Identify what’s working, what isn’t, and what needs to change. Bring forward strategic recommendations — budget shifts, audience tests, creative direction, channel mix — that move the needle for your clients.
Be the Partner: Own the client relationship. Lead performance reviews, respond to inquiries with professionalism, and translate campaign performance into business outcomes your clients act on.
