Job Description

Responsibilities

Plan, launch, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across: Google Ads; Microsoft Ads (Bing); Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram); Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display)
Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and bid strategy optimization
Monitor campaign performance and implement A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and targeting
Optimize campaigns based on CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate benchmarks
Manage budget allocation and pacing across platforms
Generate periodic performance reports with actionable insights
Collaborate with Mia Secret’s Executive Editor to ensure all blog and website content follows on-page SEO best practices
Conduct keyword research for blog content, product pages, and landing pages
Implement technical SEO improvements (meta tags, internal linking, structured content)
Monitor site indexing, rankings, and SEO performance using industry-standard tools

Requirements

2–3 years of proven experience managing PPC campaigns
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms
Familiarity with Amazon Advertising console
Understanding of SEO principles and on-page optimization techniques
Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar)
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data
Excellent organizational and communication skills

Preferred

Experience working in e-commerce or consumer packaged goods (CPG)
Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager
Experience managing multi-channel paid media budgets
