Own the learning loop for a paid social internship by helping launch campaigns, craft hooks and copy, and run quick tests to move metrics across awareness and retargeting.

Campaign execution and optimization across paid social.
Creative strategy and copy collaboration to test hooks and audience segments.
Reporting, analysis, and A/B testing to improve CTR and CPA.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Campaign Support: Assist in the setup, launching, and monitoring of paid social campaigns.
Creative Strategy: Work with the design team to brainstorm ad concepts based on current trends and top-performing "hook" styles.
Copywriting: Draft compelling ad copy tailored to different audiences and funnel stages (Awareness vs. Retargeting).
Reporting & Analysis: Pull weekly performance data to track KPIs like CTR (Click-Through Rate), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and CPA (Cost Per Acquisition).
A/B Testing: Help manage experiments on headlines, visuals, and landing pages to see what actually converts.

Requirements

Internship Term: Fall 2026 (September - December)
Commitment : Full-time (40 hours/week)
