Responsibilities

  • This is a full-time, remote role for a Paid Ads Expert (PPC Rock Star). You'll own the creation, management, and optimization of paid digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and more.
  • You'll dig into performance data, run keyword research, and execute A/B tests that actually move the needle.
  • You'll work alongside our team to craft compelling ad copy, guide creative assets, and keep everything locked in with our overall strategy.
  • Managing budgets, reading the analytics, and bringing real insights that drive ROI — that's the job.
  • No fluff, just results.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise managing and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and beyond
  • Sharp skills in keyword research, performance tracking, and A/B testing
  • Ability to build clear, data-driven reports and turn insights into action fast
  • Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital performance strategy
  • Strong ad copywriting chops and experience collaborating on creative
  • Organized, communicative, and able to juggle multiple accounts without dropping the ball

Preferred

  • Experience with local marketing strategies is a plus
  • Google Ads certification or similar credentials is an advantage
