Own and steer creative strategy for a portfolio of military brands on Meta, focusing on authentic resonance with military culture and fast, testable creative that moves performance.

  • Creative ownership: drive strategy and testing across angles, formats, and hooks to move metrics.
  • Audience & voice: craft briefs and copy that feel authentic to the military space and 2A community.
  • Acceleration: leverage paid creative processes and AI to speed ideation while keeping human judgment central.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own creative strategy across a portfolio of military apparel brands on Meta ads
  • Develop briefs that resonate with the military and 2A community
  • Write copy for creative briefs that doesn’t feel cheesy
  • Build and manage testing frameworks (angles, formats, hooks) and iterate based on performance
  • Collaborate with media buyers, video editors, and static designers to bring concepts to life
  • Use AI to support and accelerate your work, not replace your thinking

Requirements

  • Strong experience in paid creative strategy, DTC preferred
  • Experience managing creative for brands spending 5-6 figures+ monthly on Meta
  • Military background or deep understanding of military culture with authentic resonance
  • Strong copywriting skills with a voice that fits the space
  • Highly creative with a track record of concepts that perform
