Quest Corporation of America, Inc. (Quest) seeks a proven, experienced Outreach Lead. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic organization and possess strong project management skills.
DESCRIPTION: As Outreach Lead, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing outreach initiatives that support program goals, community engagement, and stakeholder participation. This role serves as a key point of coordination for outreach events, partner engagement activities, and community-facing communications. This is a hybrid position. The candidate must be located in the Northwest Florida region and willing to travel to an office located in Chipley.
The position provides logistical and operational support to regional partners, develops outreach materials and resources, tracks engagement activities and outcomes, and contributes to reporting efforts that measure program reach and impact.
The ideal person will have a strong background in outreach planning, event coordination, and be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in collaborative program support for public and private organizations. This position requires the ability to use storytelling to connect with and engage our target audiences by developing outreach resources and materials.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute outreach events, community engagement activities, presentations, and stakeholder meetings.
- Develop event timelines, schedules, and logistical plans to support the successful implementation of outreach initiatives.
- Collaborate with clients to understand the business needs and opportunities and determine objectives, budget, timing expectations, background information, and deliverables.
- Coordinate event registration, venue arrangements, materials distribution, and participant communications as needed.
- Ensure outreach activities align with program objectives, target audiences, and engagement strategies.
- Serve as a liaison for regional partners, providing support with scheduling, logistics, outreach planning, and resource coordination.
- Enhance department and team reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Research trends and inspiration that are relevant to the industry and individual client requirements.
- Work closely with our web, technology, creative, and multimedia teams to ensure strong integration of branding, graphics, copy, and concept, and be comfortable giving visual feedback.
- Maintain regular communication with community organizations, stakeholders, and partner agencies to support engagement efforts.
- Assist with partner recruitment, participation tracking, and follow-up activities.
- Foster positive relationships with partners and stakeholders to strengthen collaboration and program visibility.
- Develop, maintain, and distribute outreach materials, engagement toolkits, presentations, fact sheets, and related resources.
- Ensure outreach resources are accurate, current, accessible, and aligned with organizational messaging and branding standards.
- Collaborate with program staff and subject matter experts to create materials that support community engagement and awareness efforts.
- Maintain inventories of outreach materials and coordinate updates as needed.
- Track outreach activities, event participation, stakeholder engagement, and related performance metrics.
- Compile and organize data to support program reporting, evaluation, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Prepare summaries, reports, and documentation highlighting outreach outcomes, engagement trends, and program impact.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach events, partner interactions, and engagement activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support outreach campaigns, special initiatives, and community engagement strategies.
- Assist with stakeholder communications, follow-up activities, and dissemination of program information.
- Identify opportunities to improve outreach processes, partner engagement, and event effectiveness.
- Support special projects and additional program activities as assigned.
The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, preferably in advertising, marketing, journalism, or communications, or a minimum of five (5) years of experience in robust marketing, multi-media planning/buying, and creative services.
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong experience with client deliverables
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, and other relevant fields preferred, but the experience will be considered; state agency experience is a plus
- A minimum of 5 years of digital experience, particularly with, but not limited to, web, social, and emerging technologies
- Proven leadership experience in managing projects and clients
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and other third-party platforms such as Monday.com software/applications
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically to provide marketable solutions in conceiving, developing, and producing tactics
- Passionate marketing and communications while keeping up with industry trends
- Ability to produce results independently, as well as collaboratively
- Meticulous attention to detail and overall commitment to quality
- Well-developed communication skills, including the ability to articulate creative concepts and rationale to other team members and clients

- Proficient in all phases of the product design process, including conception, development, implementation, and production

- Prepared to lead from the trenches, actively participating “hands-on” while also managing the deliverables from other divisions on behalf of clients
- Experience with conversion and direct response-type campaigns and funnels
- Familiarity with social listening, content distribution management, and measurement tools
- Talent for understanding, simplifying, and effectively communicating complex information to diverse audiences
