Own the strategy and global outreach for PromisePress books, translating literacy content into accessible, trauma-informed campaigns that engage educators, families, libraries, and community partners.

• Lead messaging and cross-team collaboration to align voice, tone, and purpose across books, campaigns, and educator resources.
• Build outreach channels (email, social, events, partnerships) and workflows with measurable engagement and ongoing refinement.
• Coordinate with Library & Educational Partnerships, Publishing, Multimedia, and Education teams to support launches and literacy initiatives.
