Job Summary

Own outbound call operations and objection handling to convert conversations into qualified leads while accurately documenting every interaction in the system.

  • Outbound calling workflow: manage high-volume calls placed via automated dialing to engage prospects and share client stories.
  • Objection handling and qualification: listen, address concerns, and qualify opportunities for handoff to clients.
  • Data capture and handoff: ensure precise entry of interaction details and lead information in the call center system

Responsibilities

  • Handle a large volume of outbound calls placed via automated technology
  • Share the stories of our clients’ offerings and opportunities
  • Listen to objections and handle them effectively, persuasively, and with professional courtesy
  • Generate qualified leads and pass them on to our clients
  • Accurately submit details of every interaction in the call center system

Requirements

  • Previous professional experience handling phone-based interactions. Previous call center experience is preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills

  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations, multi-task and meet aggressive deadlines

  • This position can be hired for remote employment in certain locations (Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, Wisconsin).
  • The expected annual base salary for this position is $31,200 – $33,280 (subject to state and local wage requirements).
  • Annual salary is paid on an hourly basis with the expectation that the role is full-time, 40 hours a week.
