Responsibilities

• collaborating with our full-time employees, working for both our clients and Online Optimism itself.
• work 25 – 35 hours per week (part or full-time with a daily hour lunch break).
• spend time here working on real assignments and projects, being involved in actual client work, and handling tasks independently.

Requirements

• strong writing skills, especially the kind that make a stranger want to reply.
• comfort with research and the patience to dig for the right contact.
• organizational skills and attention to detail, since outreach lives and dies by follow-up.
• an interest in SEO, content writing, or email marketing, and a willingness to learn the parts you don’t know yet.
• reliability and consistency across multiple client accounts at once.
