Responsibilities

• Create and publish approximately 2 short-form videos per working day
• Produce approximately 10 videos per week
• Create natural, platform-native content for TikTok and Instagram
• Appear on camera and communicate naturally with the audience
• Set up and maintain dedicated social accounts for assigned campaigns
• Follow agreed content guidelines and posting schedules
• Communicate consistently with the in-house team
• Review performance and test new content approaches based on results

Requirements

• Comfortable creating content about dating and relationships
• Natural, confident, and relatable on camera
• Experienced with TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts
• Able to create authentic organic content rather than traditional advertisements
• Able to produce content consistently and meet deadlines
• Responsive to feedback and willing to test new approaches
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently
• Access to a good-quality smartphone
• Access to a quiet, well-lit filming environment
• Fluent in conversational English

Preferred

• Experience creating content for apps, technology, dating, beauty, or lifestyle brands is preferred.
• Previous viral or high-performing short-form content is a HUGE plus.
