Job Summary

Own the in store merchandising experience from visuals to campaigns and signage, balancing brand standards with seasonal launches to drive shopper flow.

  • In store merchandising: source props, signs, and displays and coordinate installations tied to product launches.
  • Cross functional execution: collaborate with vendors and internal teams to deliver compliant campaigns and refreshed visuals.
  • Budget handling and content capture: monitor costs, maintain inventory, and photograph branded spaces for marketing feedback.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • sourcing and ordering props for displays and product category areas
  • sourcing and ordering all in store sign holders
  • Collaborating with vendors to ensure proper execution of merchandising plans.
  • Ensuring all category sections are well maintained and compliant with our merchandising guidelines and strategies.
  • Creating, organizing and overseeing promotions and advertising campaigns
  • Responsible for organizing installations of promotion spaces and in store campaigns
  • Maintaining inventory of products.
  • Should have the ability to work well with different teams/departments
  • Must have creative flair and imagination
  • Come up with, revise and present design ideas to commercial team

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of marketing experience
  • Visual Merchandising skills
  • Analytic skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Marketing degree preferred
