Job Summary

Own day-to-day operations, office administration, marketing coordination, shipping, and basic finance tasks while supporting HR, with a clear path toward an Operations Manager as Weed-It USA grows.

  • Lead day-to-day operations and office administration alongside the General Manager
  • Coordinate marketing, website updates, social media, and event materials for U.S. localization
  • Oversee shipping, inventory, and basic financial processes

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Operations & office administration - Support day-to-day operations alongside the General Manager
  • Manage calls, mail, office supplies, and vendor relationships
  • Schedule meetings, travel, and appointments; maintain company files
  • Assist with HR administration (BambooHR)
  • Marketing & communications - Maintain and update the company website (WordPress with Elementor)
  • Manage our Google Business Profile and social media presence
  • Coordinate email marketing, promotional materials, trade shows, and dealer events
  • Work with our global marketing team to localize materials for the U.S. market
  • Shipping, receiving & inventory - Receive, inspect, pick, pack, and ship customer and dealer orders
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and support cycle counts

Requirements

  • 2+ years in office administration, operations, logistics, or marketing coordination
  • Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities independently
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and quick to learn new software
  • Able to lift and move packages up to ~40 lbs

Preferred

  • Shipping/receiving, inventory, or small-business experience
  • Website maintenance (WordPress/Elementor a plus), social media, and Google Business Profile management
  • Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or bookkeeping software
  • Trade show or customer-event coordination
  • Agricultural or agricultural-equipment experience (a plus, not required)
