Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role, located in Jacksonville, FL, with the flexibility of some work-from-home opportunities. As an Operations Manager, you will oversee daily operational processes to ensure efficiency, manage cross-departmental workflows, implement strategic initiatives, and lead optimization efforts. You will collaborate with team leaders to enhance performance, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and recommend improvements while ensuring compliance with company policies and goals.
