At JLorraine Designs, we are a fast-growing fashion brand focused on delivering high-quality pieces and an exceptional customer experience. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Associate to support our fulfillment and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
Ensure all orders are processed in a timely manner to meet daily shipping goals
- Shipping & Label Creation
- Generate and print shipping labels through Shopify
- Verify correct shipping methods (standard vs. express) and prioritize urgent orders
- Quality Control
- Inspect all items before packing to ensure they meet brand quality standards
- Check for correct sizes, styles, and any defects before shipment
- Inventory Handling
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient picking and packing
- Assist with restocking and keeping fulfillment areas clean and structured
- Team Coordination
- Work closely with the operations team to maintain workflow efficiency
- Communicate any order issues, delays, or inventory discrepancies immediately
- Marketing experience a plus
