Job Summary
Own the end-to-end social media and content lifecycle for the business, turning ideas into published posts, visuals, and videos while fostering community engagement and local promotions.
- Content Creation & Publishing: plan, produce, and post across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and blog formats.
- Engagement & Reputation: monitor reviews and respond professionally to maintain a positive local presence.
- Events & Promotions: brainstorm with the owner and execute online and in-person campaigns that support community outreach.

- Manage the business's social media posts and monitoring across channels
- Curate relevant content to reach the business's ideal customers
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, and written)
- Produce assets for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, blog; oversee design elements like cover photos, profile pictures, and landing pages
- Handle minimal website updates
- Take photography for marketing materials and social content
- Monitor and respond professionally to reviews on Facebook, TripAdvisor, Yelp, and Google
- Assist with company and community events
- Brainstorm and implement promotions and campaigns with the owner, online and in the local community
- Coordinate basic content calendars and scheduling
