Job Summary

Own on-site content coverage for events by coordinating with onsite teams, posting real time social updates, and coordinating with photographers to capture high quality content. Own cross‑department collaboration to spotlight venue offerings and keep signage current.

  • Content & Social Coverage: Create real time posts and reels, capture clips, and monitor engagement across Instagram Stories.
  • Content Quality & Collaboration: Work with house photographer and cross‑functional teams to ensure high quality visuals and aligned venue messaging.
  • Operations & Signage: Keep displays up to date and assist with on‑site duties as needed by the General Manager.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Escort and direct approved photographers and videographers to the approved area for the allotted time at each show
  • Create and post lively real-time coverage of each event on the venue’s social media pages (Instagram Stories)
  • Capture high-quality phone clips as advised by the Onsite & Social Media Marketing Teams
  • Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up to date with Instagram trends, features, and best practices
  • Work with our house photographer to ensure quality content is being captured
  • Collaborate across departments including Premium Seating, the Ancillary Team, and Food & Beverage to highlight specific venue offerings
  • Ensure signage, posters, banners, and digital displays are current and accurate
  • Assist with general venue responsibilities as determined night of show by the General Manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
  • Proven experience managing Instagram accounts (personal or professional)
  • Music knowledge: event planning, concert, or sports marketing experience preferred
  • Creative, and proactive with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve independently
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
