- On-site execution: represent the brand at local events, coordinate check-in, and deliver a smooth attendee experience.
- Content engine: produce short-form video and on-location content aligned with campaigns.
- Audience engagement: drive brand visibility through in-person interactions and ground promotions.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Attend local public events to represent Unlimited Biking
- Engage with attendees to promote our services and offerings
- Distribute marketing materials and increase brand visibility
- Gather/create unique on-location content for the marketing team
- Assist with customer picnics, group outings, and VIP client experiences
- Customer experience & store operational support
- Help coordinate and execute on-site check-in for events
- Ensure a smooth and memorable experience for participants
- Support local biking events to drive brand awareness
- Assist with flyer distribution and on-the-ground promotions
Requirements
- Experience with content creation (TikTok, Instagram Reels, etc.)
- Comfortable being on camera
- Ability to engage and interact with the public
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
Preferred
- Interest in biking, outdoor activities, or tourism (preferred)
- Outgoing, friendly, and confident personality
