Office & Operations ManagerExecutive & Team Support · LemonlightAbout the RoleLemonlight is looking for an exceptional Office Manager to be the operational backbone of our workspace and a trusted right hand to our leadership team. This is a hybrid role that blends office management, executive support, and light operations — the kind of role where you keep the office running beautifully, make the CEO's day work, and quietly solve the dozens of small problems that keep a fast-moving company moving.
You are the first face the team sees in the morning and the person who makes sure everything — from the coffee to the calendar to the vendor nobody remembered to call — is handled. If you take pride in the details, love being the person others rely on, and thrive where no two days look the same, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll DoOffice & Facilities
- Own the daily opening and close of the office, ensuring shared spaces are clean, stocked, comfortable, and ready for the team
- Manage the kitchen and pantry — stocking drinks and snacks, running the dishwasher cycle, and keeping counters and common areas tidy
- Maintain a comfortable office environment, including climate control across meeting and work areas
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages, coordinating deliveries to the right people and teams
- Monitor and reorder office and pantry supplies to keep the workspace fully stocked
- Serve as the first point of contact for facilities, building, and vendor needs, escalating maintenance issues as appropriate
Executive & Leadership Support
- Provide day-to-day support to the CEO and C-Suite team.
- Book and manage travel, itineraries, and logistics
- Prepare and submit expense reports, track receipts, and reconcile corporate card spend
- Draft, proof, and manage correspondence on behalf of leadership
- Prep for meetings — agendas, materials, notes, and follow-ups — and make sure nothing falls through the cracks
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and absolute confidentiality
Operations & Administration
- Coordinate vendors, service providers, and contracts; track renewals and keep key relationships warm
- Support onboarding and offboarding logistics — equipment, workspace setup, access, and the welcome experience for new hires
- Administer everyday office tools and subscriptions, flagging what's underused or up for renewal
- Own logistics for team events, celebrations, offsites, and in-office gatherings
- Take on ad hoc projects and cross-functional requests, jumping in wherever the team needs an extra set of capable hands
What We're Looking For- 3+ years in office management, executive assistance, operations, or a related coordination-heavy role
