  • Lead end-to-end social creative lifecycle and milestone tracking to hit business objectives and manage risks.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own social creative operations for global teams, providing a clear source of truth with documentation, timelines, briefs, trackers, workbacks, and reporting.
  • Own the intake, triage, prioritization, and briefing process for all social creative requests, ensuring scoping, actionability, and alignment before execution.
  • Manage end-to-end social creative lifecycle from concepting to final delivery, tracking milestones and mitigating scope and schedule risks.
  • Build and maintain project timelines and workbacks across creators, editors, production partners, agencies, and regional stakeholders.
  • Lead creative review and approvals, managing feedback cycles and efficient sign-offs without derailing production.
  • Act as the primary cross-functional coordinator across Social Strategy, Creative, IMC, ICC, Production, and Global Social teams to align priorities, timelines, dependencies, and launches.
  • Build and continuously improve social creative operations processes, governance, workflows, and regional consistency.
  • Own the operating rhythm for social creative meetings, capturing decisions and next steps with accountability and follow-through.
  • Support global product launches by coordinating social deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and risks across stakeholders.
  • Partner with leadership to operationalize global social playbooks and surface risks, dependencies, and recommendations for decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, Project Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years in creative operations, project management, marketing operations, social media operations, or related disciplines.
  • Experience managing complex creative workflows from intake through delivery in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain detailed project plans, workbacks, trackers, and operational processes.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with creative, marketing, production, and business stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving for operational challenges.
  • Familiarity with social media marketing strategy, content formats, and campaign timelines.
  • Experience coordinating global multi-market workflows is a plus.
