Own a strategically autonomous Growth & Digital function from day one with budget, team, and tool ownership, while coordinating with Product Marketing and Sales in a complex SaaS buying cycle.

Job Description

Responsibilities - Own the Growth & Digital function from day one with full authority over strategy, team, tools, and budget - Move fast within a high-caliber team focused on AI-augmented workflows and clear pipeline accountability - Partner closely with Product Marketing and Sales - Report directly to the GVP of Marketing Requirements - 7–12 years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role - Experience building or running a lean, high-output digital marketing team — not just managing a large one - Proven record of owning pipeline targets, not just MQL or traffic metrics - Hands-on familiarity with the modern martech stack: marketing automation, paid platforms, ABM tools, attribution - Experience at a SaaS company with a complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycle — ERP, CRM, or similarly considered purchase preferred - The background: experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing with leadership experience - The operating style: outcomes-focused, builder-manager, comfortable with ambiguity, AI-assisted workflows - The AI fluency: actively use AI tools in your own workflow and have a point of view on AI changes to demand gen team structure
