Responsibilities

• Our Neighborhood Renovation Team (Canvass) passes out flyers around our existing job sites in nice suburban neighborhoods.
• We always get nosy neighbors wandering down to the job-sites asking questions about pricing, and our products, so we dispatch a group of 4-6 people to the neighborhood either before we start installing, during install, or after installation.
• It’s our job to ask questions about their current home and the projects they are considering for the future.
• We answer their questions and pass out literature, while giving them a great first impression about who we are and what we can do for them.
• We then schedule a free on-site visit and consultation if there is something we can help them with.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Ambitious and money-motivated
• Trainable
• Dedication to being on time and strong work ethic
• High energy and great attitude
• Valid drivers license & good driving record
• Open availability
• Must be honest, hungry, humble, hone-able
