Job Summary

Own the neighborhood field-marketing agenda and lead a high-energy canvassing and event program that generates home consultations and strong team performance.

  • Neighborhood outreach and event activation: lead canvassing, set up marketing stations, and represent the Joyce brand in communities.
  • Team leadership and training: coach and motivate field staff, schedule in-home consultations, and align day-to-day execution with sales goals.
  • Operational excellence: coordinate field activities, maintain high energy, and ensure professional community presence.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead by example in neighborhood marketing, canvassing, and event outreach efforts
  • Engage with homeowners in neighborhoods surrounding active Joyce projects
  • Help train, motivate, and support newer team members in the field
  • Set up and oversee neighborhood marketing stations, tents, and retail events
  • Schedule free in-home design consultations for our sales team
  • Help drive team performance and appointment goals
  • Create energy, accountability, and excitement within the team environment
  • Assist management with team communication, field coordination, and day-to-day execution
  • Represent the Joyce brand professionally and positively in the community

Requirements

  • Reliable transportation required

Preferred

  • Previous experience in marketing, canvassing, events, sales, customer service, or team leadership
  • Strong leadership presence and positive energy
  • Comfortable leading conversations and motivating a team
  • Competitive mindset and self-motivated attitude
