Job Summary

Own neighborhood outreach and in-field activation to drive Joyce product awareness, lead generation, and sales support through events, home consultations, and community engagement.

  • Neighborhood presence: engage homeowners near Joyce projects and drive energy in communities.
  • Field collaboration: coordinate with team leads and marketing to hit performance goals and schedule in-home design consultations.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Engage with homeowners in neighborhoods surrounding active Joyce projects
  • Set up and assist with neighborhood marketing stations, tents, and events
  • Speak with homeowners about Joyce products and services
  • Schedule free in-home design consultations for our sales team
  • Help create energy and excitement in the communities we serve
  • Work closely with team leaders and marketing staff to hit performance goals
  • Represent the company professionally and positively in the field
Requirements
  • Positive attitude and strong energy
  • Comfortable talking to new people
  • Competitive mindset and self-motivated attitude
  • Someone who enjoys staying active instead of sitting behind a desk all day
  • Reliable transportation preferred
Preferred
  • Previous customer service, marketing, sales, retail, or event experience is a plus but not required
