Job Summary

Own grassroots, neighborhood outreach in Irvine; own route coverage, data capture, and quick feedback loops to inform local marketing and operations.

  • Neighborhood distribution and route coverage: follow plan and ensure areas are covered
  • Data capture and reporting: track neighborhoods, streets, and outreach activity and report metrics
  • Feedback and ops support: provide neighborhood observations to improve campaign effectiveness and assist with basic projects

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Distribute promotional materials throughout assigned neighborhoods
  • Follow route plans and ensure designated areas are fully covered
  • Track completed neighborhoods, streets, and outreach activity
  • Record and organize campaign data using company tools and spreadsheets
  • Collect and report outreach metrics to help evaluate campaign performance
  • Provide feedback on neighborhood observations and marketing effectiveness
  • Assist with basic marketing and operations projects as needed
  • Represent Homigo professionally in the community

Requirements

  • Reliable and self-motivated
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable walking outdoors for extended periods
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred

  • Familiarity with Irvine neighborhoods is a plus
  • Interest in startups, marketing, business, or entrepreneurship is preferred
