Responsibilities

• CE Group Social Ownership
• Develop and execute CE Group’s multi-platform social strategy
• Produce long-form YouTube content and short-form vertical video
• Write captions, scripts, and thought-leadership content
• Design thumbnails and supporting visual assets
• Manage engagement and community interaction
• Track performance metrics and optimize for growth
• Client Social Strategy & Execution
• Lead social strategy for assigned client accounts
• Build content calendars aligned with business objectives
• Write compelling captions, campaign messaging, and ad copy
• Establish KPIs and deliver performance reporting
• Provide strategic direction for creative execution
• Present insights and recommendations to clients
• (Client YouTube management is not currently required but may expand in the future.)
• Multimedia Production & Paid Social
• Capture and edit professional photo and video content using mirrorless/DSLR cameras
• Produce platform-optimized short-form and long-form video
• Execute paid social campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)
• Manage budgets, targeting, A/B testing, and optimization Translation data into actionable strategy (typo in source)??

Requirements

• 3–5+ years in social media strategy and multimedia production
• Experience managing brand social accounts
• Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar)
• Proven copywriting ability
• Experience running paid social campaigns
• Agency experience preferred
• Strong analytical and communication skills
