Develop, own, and refine Huckleberry’s social media strategy across all key platforms, including setting intent, content philosophy, and audience growth tactics
Create and manage a comprehensive content system aligned with business goals, prioritizing relevance and community engagement over fleeting trends
Lead the creative process, from briefing teams to hands-on content creation and editing
Manage the social media calendar, planning, and scheduling content for current and emerging platforms
Own community management by maintaining the brand voice in comments, direct messages, and community spaces; develop scalable systems for engagement
Design and implement KPI frameworks to measure social performance, linking results to broader brand and business objectives
Stay informed about evolving social media trends, platform updates, and cultural shifts to inform strategic decisions
Collaborate with brand, product, and growth teams to integrate social initiatives into larger campaigns and product marketing efforts

Requirements

5+ years of experience in social media or brand marketing, with demonstrated growth in strategy ownership
Strong portfolio showcasing creative thinking and strategic planning, including compelling captions and quarterly content briefs
Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Pinterest, Reddit, YouTube, and LinkedIn, including platform-specific culture, algorithms, and content norms
Proficiency in using data analytics to formulate hypotheses, measure success, and communicate insights effectively
Experience working within consumer, lifestyle, wellness, parenting, or family-oriented brands
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams
