Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and optimize Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns to generate qualified estate planning leads
Develop and implement an SEO strategy to ensure the firm's website ranks for relevant search terms and remains technically sound
Manage and grow the firm's social media presence by creating informative, engaging, and conversion-focused content
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using insights to optimize results continuously
Create high-quality legal content, including blogs, website copy, email sequences, and educational guides to build trust and drive conversions
Lead brand-building initiatives across digital and print channels, maintaining a consistent and compelling voice
Utilize AI tools to accelerate content creation, optimize ad copy, analyze data, and automate routine tasks
Plan and execute live and virtual seminars, handling all aspects from promotion to post-event follow-up
Organize and manage referral partner events such as workshops, appreciation dinners, and networking gatherings to strengthen relationships
Build and maintain a network of referral partners including financial advisors, CPAs, elder law professionals, and other centers of influence

Requirements

Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in professional services, legal, or financial sectors
Proven success in managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Google with measurable results
Proficiency in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, and similar platforms, used regularly to enhance marketing workflows
Experience in building and nurturing referral relationships or partner networks
Strong writing skills with the ability to produce engaging, accurate, and SEO-optimized content
Experience planning and executing events, seminars, and workshops from inception to follow-up
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze analytics and translate insights into actionable strategies
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments with minimal supervision
