Managing community engagement initiatives and coordinating with vendors
Coordinating on-camera filming schedules
Building, maintaining, and improving content workflows and systems
Develop and lead the firm’s digital and in person marketing initiatives
This individual will oversee the firm's social media presence, website content, digital advertising, email marketing, reputation management, community outreach, and creative projects while working closely with attorneys and staff to highlight client success stories, legal education, and the firm's values.

Requirements

Proven experience managing social media accounts
Hands-on experience creating short-form content for Instagram Reels and TikTok
Experience managing in-person and digital marketing initiatives
Experience using social media scheduling tools
Must be available for an in-person role
Portfolio or examples of content you have managed or created are required to be considered
Proficiency in Digital Marketing, including campaign tracking, analytics, and basic SEO concepts.
Friendly, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively.
Demonstrated skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) for brand awareness and audience engagement.

Preferred

Web design experience (specifically WordPress or Squarespace)
Experience with Google Business Suite
Experience with legal content and/or previous background in the legal industry
Experience or background in graphic design
Experience with designing and creating print advertising materials
