Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Project Management & Workflow Coordination – Own and maintain the team's Monday.com boards, ensuring all projects, deadlines, deliverables, and statuses are accurate and visible.
  • Content Calendar Management – Build and manage the integrated social media content calendar across all platforms and venues.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration – Coordinate intake and prioritization of requests from internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Approval Process Management – Facilitate content approval workflows and track turnaround times.
  • Vendor & Freelancer Coordination – Manage freelance content producer assignments, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Team Communication & Reporting – Lead weekly team status meetings and provide project updates.
  • Paid Social Campaign Support – Assist with management of Meta dark ad campaigns.
  • Event Logistics Coordination – Coordinate on-site logistics for social media coverage at concerts and events.
  • Documentation & Process Development – Maintain SOPs, brand guidelines, style guides, and asset-management systems.
  • Continuous Improvement – Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or social media coordination.
  • Proficiency with Monday.com or similar project management platforms such as Asana or Airtable.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, publishing workflows, and content production processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Nonprofit or performing arts experience preferred.
