Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead and execute retail demos, street team activations, product drops, and events across The Greater Boston Area
Act as the face of the brand—engaging consumers, driving trial, and increasing sales
Manage and support a team of brand ambassadors during activations
Help plan and identify new sampling opportunities aligned with brand goals
Drive and manage the Nixie Bronco fleet vehicle for activations and product transport
Capture social media content in the field (photo/video) to support marketing efforts
Ensure all activations are executed with strong brand presence and high energy
Track and report on sampling numbers, performance, and insights
Build relationships with retail partners, event staff, and local communities

Requirements

1–3+ years of experience in brand ambassador work, events, or experiential marketing
Previous team lead experience
Valid driver’s license and comfortable driving a branded vehicle (Bronco)
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
Able to lift multiple 25 lb cases repeatedly
Based in or willing to travel throughout The Greater Boston Area
