Own the channels: - Run the content calendar and post consistently across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube - Tailor content to each platform instead of cross-posting the same thing everywhere Make content people stop for: - Shoot and edit short-form video yourself, from events, providers, and families - Jump on trends fast and turn everyday moments into scroll-stopping content Grow and engage the audience: - Grow followers, reach, and engagement, and actually talk to people in the comments and DMs - Build a steady pipeline of provider and family stories and user-generated content Tell real stories: - Turn our providers, families, and moments (yes, the alpacas) into content that builds real trust Measure and improve: - Track what works, double down on it, and report on growth and the inbound social drives

Requirements

You are a self-starter who owns both the calendar and the camera.
You have taste. You know what good looks like, and you know what feels cringe.
You are native to the platforms. You live in TikTok and Instagram and you actually understand culture and trends.
You are full of bold ideas and pragmatic enough to ship something every day.
You can shoot and edit yourself (a phone plus CapCut, Premiere, or your tool of choice).
You are a strong writer with a voice.
You care about families navigating autism care, and you can tell their stories with warmth and respect.
