Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns directly, from setup and launch through ongoing optimization.
Build campaign structures, run creative and audience tests, and make regular budget decisions based on results.
Set up and optimize tracking, including Meta Pixel, Conversions API, events, and UTM tracking.
Analyze acquisition performance with GA4, PostHog, and other available measurement tools.
Improve campaign performance and measurement processes through consistent testing and iteration.

Requirements

Two to five years of hands-on performance marketing experience, including at least one year executing campaigns in Meta and Google Ads.
Experience setting up tracking and conversion events, building campaign structures, and making in-platform optimizations.
Background in early-stage, AI-focused consumer or prosumer software, or other fast-moving startup environments.
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, PostHog, CAPI, and UTM tracking.
Based in or relocating to San Francisco, with availability for full-time in-person collaboration as part of a hybrid work arrangement.
