Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tiktok Ads, etc.) to generate high-quality leads for our insurance partners
Manage ad budgets of $100,000+ per month, ensuring maximum ROI while minimizing ad spend wastage
Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results
Collaborate with our in-house creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that drive high conversion rates
Keep up to date with industry trends, best practices, and new advertising opportunities
Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to identify new strategies and opportunities for growth

Requirements

Experience in media buying, with a focus on performance marketing in insurance or similar verticals
Proven track record of managing and optimizing large-scale ad budgets ($50,000+ per month)
Strong knowledge of various advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and new advertising opportunities
