Responsibilities

• Build and manage Meta ad campaigns (Lead Forms, Website Conversions, Calls, Messages)
• Create and maintain a clear campaign structure (cold traffic, retargeting, lookalikes)
• Optimize daily/weekly to improve lead quality, lower CPL/CPA, and increase volume
• Develop and test ad creatives and copy (or direct creative production with clear briefs)
• Ensure tracking accuracy (Pixel + Events Manager; Conversions API knowledge a plus)
• Monitor KPIs: CPL, CPA, CTR, CPM, frequency, conversion rate, lead quality, ROAS (when applicable)
• Provide weekly reporting with insights, learnings, and action steps
• Coordinate with sales/CRM workflows to improve speed-to-lead and conversion rates

Requirements

• 2+ years managing Meta ads (or demonstrable results with meaningful ad spend)
• Proven track record improving CPL/CPA while maintaining lead quality
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, targeting, budgets, and testing frameworks
• Comfortable troubleshooting tracking and attribution basics (Pixel; CAPI is a bonus)
• Strong communication, organization, and accountability (you’ll own outcomes)

Preferred

• Experience with high-ticket lead gen (home services, luxury retail, elective services, events/expos)
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar CRMs
• Landing page and funnel optimization experience
• Basic creative editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express)
