Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and ongoing optimisation of the membership strategy, tier structure and value proposition
Drive membership acquisition, engagement and retention initiatives
Oversee the end-to-end member experience, including onboarding, support and administration
Analyse membership data and performance to identify opportunities and inform strategy
Develop and deliver targeted membership campaigns across the member lifecycle
Collaborate with internal teams and key stakeholders to enhance member value and engagement
Identify and implement process, system and automation improvements

Requirements

Experience in a Membership Manager or similar role within a membership-based organisation
Proven ability to develop and deliver strategies that drive member acquisition, engagement, retention and growth
Strong stakeholder engagement, relationship management and influencing skills
Experience using CRM systems and membership data to inform decision-making, with iMIS experience highly regarded
Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving capabilities
A proactive, commercially minded and member-focused approach, with a passion for continuous improvement and delivering member value
