Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage the club’s email communications, newsletters, and campaign messaging
Maintain a consistent communication calendar for events, programs, and club updates
Coordinate messaging across golf, dining, and social activities
Ensure communications are timely, clear, and aligned with the club’s brand and member experience
Support the promotion and marketing of club events and social programming
Work with department managers to develop engaging event concepts and participation campaigns
Create promotional materials for tournaments, dining events, family activities, and special programs
Manage the club’s social media presence and digital storytelling
Capture and highlight club moments, events, and member experiences
Develop visual and written content that reflects the culture and lifestyle of the club

Requirements

Experience in marketing, communications, hospitality, or event promotion
Strong writing and communication skills
Experience managing email campaigns and social media platforms
Ability to manage multiple projects and communication schedules
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

Preferred

Experience with design platforms such as Canva, Adobe, or similar tools preferred
Hospitality, private club, resort, winery, or event industry experience is a plus.
