Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase referrals through targeted outreach and relationship-building efforts.
• Visit physician offices and healthcare facilities to promote our company, distribute marketing materials and educate about practice specialities.
• Manage existing accounts by maintaining regular communication as well as identify opportunities to increase patient referrals.
• Work closely with leadership to support business growth and provide regular updates and reports regarding outreach activities and referral growth.
• Develop, write, and edit marketing content for social media, email, web channels, advertisements, and promotional content.
• Coordinate with staff and leadership specifically for monthly email campaigns, while maintaining the ability to create and execute email campaigns independently when needed.
• Maintain and review the brands digital presence across website, Google platforms, and other sites to ensure fresh and accurate content and functioning lead sources across all platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of healthcare marketing, physician liaison, business development, or customer relationship experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience working in a healthcare, medical practice, or healthcare marketing environment.
• Knowledge of physician referrals and healthcare services.
