Own referral development and partner management to drive DME referrals and quality service across hospitals, clinics, and home-health networks.

• Identify and nurture key referral sources across hospitals, discharge planners, SNFs, and physician groups.
• Coordinate outreach campaigns and partner education in person, online, and through collateral to build trust and drive referrals.
• Collaborate with dispatch, CS, and clinical support to ensure smooth transitions and high partner retention.
• Plan and participate in community health events, industry conferences, and physician office visits.
• Develop and implement outreach strategies and campaigns across digital, print, and in-person channels.
• Maintain ongoing communication and relationship management with current partners to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Track activity and results in CRM system and provide regular reporting on outreach efforts and referral growth.
• Analyze market trends and provide feedback to leadership to inform business strategy.
• Help educate referral partners on equipment offerings, documentation requirements, and order processes.
