Media Supervisor (Paid Social)

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of paid social media strategies aligned to client business goals and marketing objectives.
• Own the creation and presentation of paid social recommendations, audience strategies, channel plans, budget allocations, and media investments.
• Serve as a day-to-day client contact, providing strategic guidance, performance insights, and proactive recommendations.
• Oversee campaign activation, trafficking, QA, and launch execution to ensure platform best practices and operational excellence.
• Guide campaign pacing, budget management, and delivery to ensure media investments perform efficiently and effectively.
• Analyze campaign performance and develop actionable insights that drive optimization and improve business outcomes.
• Lead ongoing testing initiatives, measurement frameworks, learning agendas, and innovation opportunities across social platforms.
• Identify emerging platform trends, audience behaviors, and industry developments to inform client strategies.
• Partner closely with analytics teams to evaluate performance and communicate results through meaningful reporting and storytelling.
• Collaborate with strategy, creative, account, and activation teams to deliver integrated media solutions.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in paid social
• Experience developing and leading paid social strategies across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, X, and emerging platforms.
• Strong experience managing campaign activation, optimization, pacing, budget management, and performance reporting.
• Proficiency with platform-native buying tools including Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads Manager, and similar platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to develop audience strategies and translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience presenting media recommendations, performance insights, and strategic plans to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, opportunities, and optimization strategies.
• Experience mentoring junior team members and managing workflows across multiple projects.
• Strong understanding of paid social measurement, attribution, audience targeting, and media planning fundamentals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
