Client Strategist – Meta Ads & Client Relations

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding calls and ongoing client meetings.
• Communicate regularly through Slack, email, and video calls.
• Provide clear, proactive weekly performance updates.
• Build strong relationships that lead to long-term client retention.
• Identify potential client concerns early and resolve them before they become larger problems.
• Launch and manage campaigns using the 7FF advertising system.
• Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Make strategic decisions based on campaign data.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and communicate solutions to clients.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop and test effective advertisements.

Requirements

• Strong, proven experience managing Meta advertising campaigns for e-commerce, retail, or lead-generation businesses.
• Previous experience in a client-facing marketing agency role, account management, or a similar relationship-focused position.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A confident, personable, and outgoing personality.
• Ability to independently analyze and optimize Meta advertising campaigns.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Comfort leading client calls and managing multiple client relationships.
• Willingness to learn and follow our established marketing systems.

Preferred

• Experience advertising for furniture stores or high-ticket retail brands.
• Shopify experience.
• Experience managing a creative team or junior media buyer.
• Experience developing video ad concepts and scripts.
